Calprotectin >1000. colonoscopy couldnt make it past splenic flexure (bend too tight). everything clear until this point, normal mucosa. is cancer of proximal colon the cause of my calprotectin ? worried its been missed, awaiting repeat colonoscopy?

Presumably you have symptoms in addition to elevated calprotectin level, otherwise your doctor(s) would have recommended colonoscopy. At your age, inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn's disease) is far more likely than cancer, which is very rare at your age.
