Since xmas eve my 17 month old has been holding her lower right side of her back through out the day and since then on and off she has been throwing up at bedtime. she had urine sample taken and all that came back fine. what could this be ??

Chronic pain and vomiting warrants further evaluation. Renal blood tests and an imaging study may be helpful. Monitor temperature and breathing. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and dehydration. Keep your daughter well hydrated. Please follow up
