33 years old: Those are worrisome symptoms but at 33, the likelihood of a serious heart condition is low. Still, you need some routine checking including an EKG, blood work, possibly an echo and stress test. Additional risk factors such as smoking, diabetes, strong family history would make your risk higher than is immediately apparent in this post. Please get a check up!
