Could be serious: During pregnancy, nausea, increased heart rate, and increased temperature are normal and a product of your increased circulatory load. Dizziness, nausea, difficulty breathing, blurred vision and high blood pressure during the third trimester could signal something worse. It is important that you call your OB dr and discuss this with them. They will determine what you should do.
