My 5yr old has a dark blue patch centre of bottom lip.nowhere else.it comes &goes. he had fever 2 days ago but well now,just a bit tired.im in uk cant see gp today.he is otherwise fine. internet says emergency-is this correct?

Suggest that you take pics of this lesion when present and show to your family doc or dermatologist. The transient nature of the lesion makes it not sound very serious. However, see doc if it continues , esp if fever and other symptoms remain.
