Good day, my 18 month old has a fever of 38.7 to 39.00"c. he is very tired and his whole body is hot. i gave him a empaped and stilpayne. as soon as the meds worked out the fever comes back. what should i do. my gp is out of town?

Go to urgent care : 18 months old is young to be worried . Cool bath , acetaminophen or paracetamol OK to use for fever but if coming back your baby need more evaluation . Make sure baby is hydrated , count number of wet diapers . Don’t use aspirin ( ok ibuprofen for infants) . See any pediatric urgent care ASAP . Don’t wait for your doctor .

Clear sinus drainage down back of throat,fever,body aches,fatigue. Cant take Nsaids or OTC meds, What else can I do for some relief.
Cause of constant low grade fever of 100.5 with body aches especially legs and back body twitching. Legs feel heavy and I am always tired. Bloodwork normal abdominal ultrasound good? Any ideas?
