FEVER, Viral / Flu?: Fever with headache mostly viral illness, associated symptoms are: cough, runny nose, malaise, nausea, diminished appetite. If it is influenza, needs to see pediatrician. You are in malayasia, a tropical country, the micro-organism according to local prevalent ones. Give Acetaminophen for fever more than 101 f, make sure he drinks enough fluid, takes rest. If not better/more headache, call his doc.
