How soon after taking a alprazolam 0.5 mg can i take a 50 mg of tramadol?

It's not recommended to take these two medications any time together as dangerous side effects have been described with the combination of tramadol ,an opiod, & a benzodiazepine like aprazalom, At the very least, if your MD who knows you best, prescribed these meds, follow instructions and stay at home when on these meds.
