Restless: Check dose of tramadol higher dose of teamadol and zoloft (sertraline) has interaction may cause restless muscle pain even serotonin syndrome make sure you are not taking higher dose even risk of seizure.

Not sure.: Using tramadol with zoloft can ^ risk for serotonin syndrome. Using Xanax (alprazolam) with tramadol can cause central nervous system depression.
