H. Pylori: This is an infection that caused peptic ulcers. It is dangerous only if the ulcer disease or heartburn are not treated. This infection can be cured so there is absolutely no reason to not take the treatment offered.

H. pylori: H. pylori is a bacterial infection of the stomach which can cause acid reflux and gastric ulcers. This infection can cause significant discomfort, but is not particularly dangerous. Two exceptions would be bleeding ulcers or esophageal strictures, condition that can occur with chronic infection. H.pylori is easily diagnosed and treated.
