Treatment: It' s a relatively common condition. In case you have symptoms that are possibly related to it, the treatment involves usually 2 antibiotics and 1 stomach acid inhibitor for 2 weeks.

Usually Minor: H Pylori is usually minor and easily treatable. It can be associated with Ulcers and some time with stomach pains and/or heartburn. I assume that if you were being tested you were having symptoms, so your Provider will most likely want to treat it. Normally we do not test to see if the infection is gone as long as the symptoms resolve.
