2 ideas for a cause: A chronic tension headache could cause most of these symptoms. It is very common, it is easy to treat, it is probably the cause. It is hard to know the cause based on the amount of information we shared so far. Another cause is much rarer. Chiari malformation sometimes causes headaches and dizziness, and it is caused by crowding and the base of the skull on the inside.
