Those antibodies may increase over time, but we tend not to recommend treatment in asymptomatic people as there's no cure. Also these antibodies don't prevent outbreaks. . Inform your sexual partners of your positive test & be vigilant for outbreaks which are treated and you may wish to take daily prevention antiviral medication for their protection,but,again, it's not 100% effective here.
