Hello i am bipolar 2 and take depakote which is not helping enough. i tried with my psychiatrist also quetiapine, amisulpride and truxal (all at lowest possible doses) but all seemed to induce hypomania. what do you think should help in such case? :?

Lamotrigine and/ or Lithium may be helpful to treat your bipolar depression without triggering hypomania. It may require stopping the depakote.
