I have bug bites appearing, they are round about 2 inches or larger with a visible puncture in the center, red, swollen and warm to the touch. sometimes it is itchy. i havent seen any mosquitos or visible bugs, what may have cause this?

You could have eczema or an allergic reaction to the detergent used on your clothes, or from medications, or even dust or mold in your room .Since no insects you see visibly, than check for bed bugs. See a dermatologist for an exam.
