Pinworms are transmitted by fecal-oral route via the eggs so intercourse with condom should not spread the condition as long as you both wash hands well before and after. Of course, you can be infested if giving oral sex and although rare but the eggs can be present in his mouth transiently. It is easy to treat this condition so temporary abstinence is still the best way to avoid the infestation.
