Your partner's sexual lifestyle is irrelevant: oral herpes is non-sexually acquired and is no more common in persons with few or many sex partners. If she has oral herpes, the chance is low she had a transmissible outbreak. Half of all people have HSV1; if you're already infected, you're immune to a new infection. And no chance of oral herpes if you didn't kiss her. All in all, very little risk.

One can get many kinds of STDs after sex-oral/vaginal if the partner has any one of them in their mouth or vagina. The chances can not be guessed. It is best to use prophylaxis when having any sex with a person who's health one is not sure of.
