I have lupus anticoagulants and the doctor wants me on warfarin, im not comfortable taking that, i was on xareltro for three months, and he told me that i couldnt take that for this. is this true or not? i just feel more comfortable on xareltro?

Studies have showed warfarin is more effective than xarelto or other DOACs in the prevention of secondary thrombosis. You do not tell us if you have had a thrombotic event in the past and whether it's arterial or venous thrombosis. If you never had a blood clot and anticoagulant is given for primary prevention, xarelto is probably okay.
