Maybe not: Acne fluctuates. It might look worse at first. It might not. Many people benefit from this type of med. without getting worse. It tends to be irritating, especially the first 2 weeks. As it makes comedones [plugs in oil glands] come out, it might appear as worse acne, especially as it makes the face red.
