I underwent angioplasty after a stemi heart attack before nine months. nowadays i feel mild burning sensation,mild tightness in my chest especially when the heart rate increases / blood pressure increases (sexual activity also). should i be bothered?

This is indeed quite disconcerting, as you may well be experiencing episodes of angina pectoris, and this needs medical attention ASAP. Contact your physician ASAP and have a thorough evaluation. Make certain that you are not at risk of a second "heart attack".
