60 hours ago i was sparring and got hit in the head really hard the rest of that day i had a headache and then the next day i was super foggy and tired. i am feeling better today but i am still worried i might have a hemmorage is this still possible?

You suffered at a minimum a head concussion and getting checked would be best in having a proper plan, imaging may be needed to rule out bleed based on exam.
