Its been 24 hours since my 2 year old head butted me hard in back of head while i was sitting, he standing. i still have a small headache and tiredness but no other symptoms. am i at risk of a brain bleed still? i had no vomiting nor did i pass out?

Possible,concussion: Brain bleed is not a high probability from your description, but you may have had a mild concussion. With these symptoms you may want to see a PMR doc or neurologist for evaluation.

Recovery: Would anticipate progressive resolution of symptoms over the next few days. Would doubt complications, and would not expect any intracranial bleeding. If you do worsen, and new symptoms appear, seek medical care.
