Not Pregnant: If your urine and blood tests all came back negative for hcg, you're not pregnant. An ultrasound is usually done if there is uterine pain, to assess for masses, or to confirm a normal viable pregnancy. If your preg tests were all negative, i'll assume your ultrasound was for pain or a palpable mass. Follow up with your gyn and good luck to you. It's not uncommon to skip a cycle. Good luck.
