You should go to your doctor for an evaluation of your high blood pressure. None of these numbers are good. High BP is a silent killer that will destroy kidneys/vision and cause heart problems before you have obvious symptoms, Go in as soon as you can arrange it. The numbers are nor ER visit numbers but worrisome.

BP goes up during masturbation and gradually comes down afterwards. Why did yu take your BP in this manner? A BP of 140/90 is borderline high for your age. Pl get checked by your MD
