You need to lose: Weight, get on a diet , exercise and be monitored by your physician . Be motivated and have a goal, join a support group if you are not as motivated to reach your goal.

You need evaluation: I doubt it is now but it could become a problem. Your physician will explain how you would be followed. It depends on your genetic risk, your general health. Weight loss and exercise can help keep it down and avoid medications.

See a doc: Those are mildly hypertensive. You may have other cardiac risk factors and should probably consult with your physician.

You have to : Look at a few things. 140/90 is the "knee in the curve" so to speak, where cardiovascular risk goes up. The bottom number is important but you are young. Family hx is important as is your overall health status. Three readings like that are nothing 2 be concerned over but if steadily not under 140/90, getting it lower may save u some long term problems. Gd luc.
