Hello, i am 24 years old, since today i am experiencing heartbeat like pulse under my right eye. it is very uncomfortable, it comes and goes, i have checked my blood pressure and its normal, with highest reading of 110/78, could this be cardiac?

Highly unlikely that the heart is the cause of your symptom. Sounds like you are having twitching of the muscle in the area. Please seek the help of your primary doctor to determine the cause if any and follow his/her advice.
