I agree with Dr. Le as obstuctive sleep apnea alone would only affect the very high portion of the airways. Elevated levels of TLC& RV indicate overinflation and air trapping in the lungs. I think COPD and obesity combined with obstructive sleep apnea could give these values. A pulmonologist would be best to answer your question.
