Hypoechoic structure in the right thyroid lobe fossa with minimal flow, measures 1.8 x 1.4 x 1.3 cm, body pain, very fatigued. parathyroid labs high 2 yrs ,calcium is normal. could this be a parathyroid tumor ? had partial thyroid removed 14 yrs ago?

The lesion is more consistent with a thyroid cyst than a parathyroid adenoma due to the lack of blood flow. If the PTH level has been high for 2 years so I wonder why calcium is normal.
