All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, lesions in the apical part of the lung warrant that tuberculosis be excluded. Your doctor may wish to do a skin or blood test for TB. Wish you good health!

Suspicious density in the right pulmonary apex should be confirmed with an AP lordotic chest X-ray and if the density is present, CT chest should be done.
