I've had 2 neck catherters. the one on the left was pulled a few days ago... today the one on the right (which has been out for over a year) has a bulge beneath it. a little pain in the shoulder area, wwhat is causing this and it it dangerous ?

I understand that the right catheter was pulled out a year ago, If my understanding is right the pain in the shoulder area, though you did not state which shoulder, is unlikely due to it. Examination would make it easier to tell you what it is; and not knowing underlying reason for the catheters makes it difficult to give you satisfying information.
