Yes: They can all cause pain. You need to see either an orthopedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon specializing in neck conditions.

Definitely, but...: Well, kyphosis and cervical disc bulges can certainly cause neck, shoulder and upper back pain, but it by no means that this is what's causing your pains. Before giving up, make sure you've been to a physiatrist or anesthesiologist with fellowship training in spine/pain.
