Sept/2021: white cell 4.8,nutrophil 1.8, lympocyte 2.4 aprl/2022:white cell 5.4, nutrophil 3.5, lympocyte 1.4 had a migraine the night of sepr/21 blood test and had covid booster 2 weeks prior. could these have caused the reduced nutophil level?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your neutrophil count in April 2022 was in the normal range. Wish you good health!
