I had my blood test since last september and now it says that neutrophils level is 37.67% (normal is 50.0 -72.0 ) and lymphocyte levels 53.20% (20.0 - 40.0 is normal). leukocytes level is fine. i work out every day. is this the cause? should i worry?

You need not worry as such changes are not uncommon. There is some small chance the machine reading has some room for error. This reversal in the %age of Neutrophils and lymphocytes is commonly see if there is a virus infection such as "Flu). You can either ignore it (because it is harmless) or if you are worried get it rechecked in 6-8 weeks from now. it will likely be back to the normal %.
