It may happen when the semen viscosity is high. Infertility could be a problem due to impaired sperm mobility in men with high viscosity semen so if you have this problem after marriage you should see a fertility specialist by then.

The elasticty of the ejaculate can vary. stay hydrated and I dont think you have any major issue with this symptom.
