Hello,i been using aspirin for covid and i have breathing problems now,can i use my ventolin asthma spray safely or will it interact with the aspirin i been taking for the past week?last time i used aspirin it made me tired and confused,what can i do?

You may take your asthma medication as directed. Your weakness may be a manifestation of Covid infection rather than Aspirin. If you need pain relief, you may take acetaminophen/paracetamol. If your symptoms persist, it would be prudent to see a doctor. In 6-8 weeks, consider getting Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.

NSAIDS or Tylenol are often effective in reducing fever, but not usually required otherwise. Monitor temperature and breathing and watch for signs of shortness of breath, wheezing and prolonged cough. Follow your asthma plan, and an inhaled steroid may be helpful.
