If i was given a 1-dose rocephin shot and 7-day doxycycline but was not infected with clymydia or gonorrhea and a week later tested positive for trichomonous could this cause a false positive test result for syphilis and/or herpes 1 and 2?

Your doctors obviously suspected gonorrhea and/or chlamydia or they would not have prescribed those antibiotics. Trichomonas can cause the same symptoms, so that test result should note surprising. (I hope you have now been treated for trich, probably with metronidazole.) Trichomonas does not cause false results for syphilis or herpes tests.
