Yes but it takes a lot of rehabilitation post injury. Initially, it just needs to heal, which takes about 6-8 weeks, then the muscles around the ankle need to improve in strength and your propriception sense of where the ankle is needs to improve to prevent re-inury. All of this takes several months and a lot of dedication.
