I have a picc line in and vancomycin 1.43 g per bag every 8 hours . it's been a month and they are saying at least another month. i had abscess at the base of my spine from a surgery. can i do oral for the remainder? linezoid? doxycycline?

Almost certainly you need to continue IV treatment. No distant online forum can safely even any other kind of advice. Every case is different. Discuss with the doctors treating you. Good luck.
