See a GYN: Secondary amenorrhea ( no period after you have had cycles) can have many causes. After no period for four months, it is worthwhile for you to go see a gynecologist and have a work up done.

See your doctor: Did you have normal periods before? There can be many causes of amenorrhea including pregnancy, weight loss, meds, stress etc. Need to see your regular doctor to try to figure out the cause.
