A negative treadmill stress test is reassuring that coronary artery disease is not a cause of your chest discomfort. I assume it's of rib cage origin when you're sexually aroused but you don't have the identical rib cage musculoskeletal reaction during other exertion or exercise. Some people get headache.during sexual activity which is also from tension in the forehead musculature.
