Top of my mouth is orange. i was exposed to mono recently but i dont know if ive had it earlier?

If you do not have fever, enlarged nodes anywhere in the body, the orange mouth is an incidental finding and is not diagnostic of mono. If you have any doubt, a blood test can provide an answer.
