Persistent enlarged submental lymph node since over 6 months- 31 y/o male. no constitutional symptoms. ultrasound in the last six months show normal lymph node. no infection/dental issues/fever/change in size shape consistency. what could it be?

It may just be a variation on a normal size. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Have you seen your Dentist or a specialist Oral Medicine practitioner to rule out an intra-oral cause?
