I had retina hole fixed w/laser photocoagulation 2 months ago.. when i look up swiggle floater lines move up, when i look down they move down, when i look to the side they move to the side. should i be worried another retina hole or tear?

If develop new floaters, see your doctor at the earliest. Retinal tears are usually associated with floaters and these usually subside with time.
