A member asked:

I think i have adhd. i'm a 28 year old adult male. i would like to know how to go about getting screened. most online test suggested i talk to a dr?

Yes: The features of ADHD overlap with those of other health conditions. The common treatments also include drugs monitored closely by the government as drugs of abuse. So at minimum you need to see your physician to exclude any other health conditions & establish a true need for treatment. Online tests can point out the possibility but don't establish a diagnosis. Unlikely if you weren't as a kid.
