Cirrhosis is a process over time.. Though at this time with normal liver function tests iy appears one does not have cirrhosis, it may develop in the future if the liver is repeatedly exposed to toxic substances Imaging (US, MRI) may also show evidence of liver architecture abnormality . I do drink alcohol beer every day after work.i worry I might have cirrhosis when I worry I go to a regular doctors office and ask for bloodwork everything comes back in range and even my GGt.Would GGT be normal if cirrhosis was present from drinking?
