You have asked several similar questions. Stop focusing on a single lab test. Diagnosiing cirrhosis depends on symptoms, physical exam, several lab tests, and usually imaging of the liver (e.g. CT or MRI). Cirrhosis might be possible with this amount of ongoing alcohol intake, but the only way to know is to see your doctor and follow advice about testing etc. No point in repeated questions here.
