I have pcos. i have irregular cycles. i havent felt menstrual cramps since 2020. i lost 20lbs in 2mon. in oct 22 i had a cycle that was 2mon long. yesterday a new cycle started but with cramps. why do i have cramps all of a sudden after 2yrs?
