I have irregular/sometimes absent. how can i know if this is due to plan bs i have taken in the past or if its pcos? im diagnosed with pcos, but i just want to be sure before i take any medications, etc. how long does one plan b impact menstrual cycl?

Even if "PCOS" is "diagnosed", taking a "plan B" pill will produce some evidence of bleeding about 2-3 days after taking it. PCOS usually is diagnosed based on ultrasound and anovulatory cycles, but see your GYN physician about low dose oral bcp use, to minimize long term effects of PCOS.
