A member asked:

Can you have normal blood pressure with a slow brain bleed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

By far elevation of BP occurs with significant intracranial bleeding. Actually when the blood pressure is low on presentation, the prognosis is grave. With a slow, tiny bleed and little headache I assume BP elevation may not be substantial. However continual blood accumulation has little room causing severe headache and high BP
