By far elevation of BP occurs with significant intracranial bleeding. Actually when the blood pressure is low on presentation,the prognosis is grave. With a slow,tiny bleed and little headache I assume BP elevation may not be substantial. However continual blood accumulation has little room causing severe headache and high BP
