Kienbocks disease causes one of the bones in your wrist to die due to lack of blood supply. Since the structure of your wrist and hand depend on an intact series of bones, any trauma to your hand or wrist can cause ligament injuries, injuries to other bones and displacement of other bones. It would be best if you did not box any more to preserve the function of your hand/wrist.
